1. Palvelun tarjoaja

Punkki Scan on Milaunch Oy:n (Y-tunnus FI35285384) tarjoama ilmainen verkkopalvelu, joka on saatavilla osoitteessa punkkiscan.com.

2. Palvelun käyttö

Käyttämällä Punkki Scan -palvelua hyväksyt nämä käyttöehdot. Palvelua saa käyttää vain laillisiin tarkoituksiin. Palvelu on tarkoitettu lemmikkikoiran turkin tarkastamiseen punkkien varalta.

3. Vastuunrajoitus

Punkki Scan tarjoaa kamerafiltterin, jonka tarkoitus on helpottaa punkkien havaitsemista. Palvelu ei takaa kaikkien punkkien löytymistä. Käyttäjä on itse vastuussa lemmikkinsä hyvinvoinnista ja mahdollisen eläinlääkärihoidon hankkimisesta.

Emme vastaa palvelun käytöstä aiheutuvista vahingoista.
Palvelu ei korvaa ammatillista eläinlääkäriapua.
Palvelu toimii "sellaisenaan" ilman takuita.

4. Kamera-oikeudet

Palvelu pyytää kameran käyttöoikeutta. Käyttäjä myöntää tämän oikeuden vapaaehtoisesti. Kuvaa ei tallenneta eikä lähetetä palvelimillemme.

5. Muutokset palveluun

Pidätämme oikeuden muokata tai lopettaa palvelua ilman ennakkoilmoitusta. Emme ole vastuussa mahdollisista käyttökatkoista.

6. Sovellettava laki

Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Mahdolliset riidat ratkaistaan Helsingin käräjäoikeudessa.

1. Service Provider

Punkki Scan is a free web service provided by Milaunch Oy (Business ID: FI35285384), available at punkkiscan.com.

2. Use of the Service

By using Punkki Scan you agree to these terms. The service may only be used for lawful purposes. It is designed to help check your dog's coat for ticks.

3. Limitation of Liability

Punkki Scan provides a camera filter designed to help spot ticks more easily. The service does not guarantee that all ticks will be found. You are solely responsible for your pet's wellbeing and for obtaining veterinary care if needed.

We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
The service does not replace professional veterinary advice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Camera Permissions

The service requests camera access. You grant this permission voluntarily. No footage is recorded or sent to our servers.

5. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
